Hybrid Beyla (x2) FS
Well, as often happens, I’ve found myself with a couple dolls I’m just not interested in any more. My 2 Beyla hybrids (1 Beyla/Glot, 1 Beyla/Minette) are up on eBay right now.
They’re BEAUTIFUL and super neat dolls, I hope someone buys them…I hate having them just sit in my closet. I’m a lot more interested in the larger non-”fantasy” dolls again and these 2 just don’t fit in.

My SinyLand Veronica head arrived today!
So very pretty, I believe I am quite enamored. Above she’s pictured next to my Volks FCS F-27, Phillippa.
It will take some thinking on a body though. Right now she’s on Phillippa’s DT15 girl body, which I think is perfect in terms of scale (DT15 is 62 cm tall) but the color match is off (SinyLand is pinker)…maybe a newer DT resin would match better? This body of mine is a couple years old, after all.
I am not sure what her name is going to be…

La Légende de Temps
This is “Edria” by La Légende de Temps.
A friend sent me to look at her because I am wondering about a head that might fit that tall 68cm DollsTown 18 body.
These teasers remind me of the Vampire head for the original Elf Lishe release in 2004…LLT heads tend to have really lovely noses in profile, so more photos will help me decide if I really like her or not.
Scaling the DT18
I’m not sure who worked up the original of this image with the height hashmarks…all I did was add the overlay of the new DT18 image at the left.
Not quite to scale since the DT18 are wearing wigs, are standing one behind the other, and are photographed slightly looking down, but it gives a good “general” idea of scale nonetheless of how the 68cm girl body will look in scale to the other DT bodies.

She will tentatively be available for pre-order from April/May according to the 1/24 DT site update.
I had assumed I wouldn’t like this body but wow, I really really like it, as it turns out. Maybe I’ll think about it once my SinyLand head comes and I see how the resin looks next to the DT15.
Working on the DT15
The blushing on this body was sooooo stubborn that I had to use acetone to remove it.
Don’t do that unless you have to, acetone can damage resin!
She’s all bright and shiny again…a blank slate, so to say, waiting for me to redo her blushing at some point.
Now that the body and head are both 100% clean you can really get a feel for how the resins match.
In a word, it’s pretty perfect. Again, this is a 2006 Volks FCS F-27 head in beauty white resin on an unknown vintage (pre 2010 is all I know) DollsTown DT15 body in freshskin resin.
Phillippa has her own body…for now…
Phillippa‘s body came!
You get SO used to the “bobble-headed” look of huge heads on smaller bodies with ABJD that it’s a bit shocking to the eyes to see a head that’s more realistically balanced in scale.
This is the DollsTown 15 girl body, which I’ve read is going to be discontinued, so I feel very lucky to have it. Freshskin resin (Phillippa’s head is Volks pureskin beauty white ca. 2006). Her hands were modified by her previous owner.
Obviously just a quick snapshot (note the baby burp cloths, lol).
I am quite happy with the resin match. The body has been blushed, which is why it has that pinkish cast…but I think that once everything is cleaned and redone it’ll be perfect.
My DollsTown Elf body (worn by Georgianna) is one of my favorites because it has such an elegance of sculpt with details you really can’t see but can only feel. This body also has a wonderful sculpt…DollsTown is just fabulous.
Now to keep my fingers crossed that, when she arrives, my SinyLand Veronica will also fit well on this body…
